On behalf of the undermentioned business I wish to apply for:

Full Membership of GFA: I have read the criteria for membership, have informed all necessary of these criteria and agree that the business will abide by them.
Supporters membership: We support the aims of GFA but at the present time cannot fulfill the GM Free standards required by full membership.

SUGGESTED MEMBERSHIP FEES : These are for guidance only. Please contact us if these subscriptions would present difficulties for you. If you can give more this will enable us to do more research, lobbying and provide more information.

Manufacturers, Distributors, Wholesalers and Retail chains     £400pa = £100 per quarter
Smaller Retailers     £60pa = £15 per quarter
Individual customers    £20pa = £5 per quarter
